John M. Albertine
John Albertine has served on our Board of Directors since August 2008. Dr. Albertine, has been the chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Albertine Enterprises, Inc., a consulting and merchant-banking firm, since 1990. He also has served since 2005 as a principal of JJ&B, LLC, an investment bank he founded that provides finance, public policy, and legal assistance to clients; and since 2004 as the Executive Chairman of Global Delta, LLC, a Washington, D.C.- based government contractor specializing in advanced sensor radio frequency and electro-optical technologies. Dr. Albertine served as President of the American Business Conference, founded by Arthur Levitt, Jr., from 1981 to 1986; Executive Director of the Congressional Joint Economic Committee under Chairman Senator Lloyd Bentsen from 1979 to 1980; and as head of a presidential committee on aviation safety under President Ronald Reagan from 1987 to 1988. Dr. Albertine is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Integral Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of satellite ground systems and equipment; a director of Kadant Inc., a supplier to the global pulp and paper industry; a member of the Board of the Virginia Retirement System, a public pension fund; and a member of Virginia Governor Tim Kaine’s Board of Economic Advisors.

Thomas G. Amato
Thomas G. Amato has served on our Board of Directors since January 2004. Mr. Amato currently serves as Managing Director of Amato Ventures, which is engaged in domestic oil and natural gas development. Mr. Amato was the Chief Financial Officer of Sentinel Business Systems, Inc. Mr. Amato served as Chief Financial Officer of Wavesmith Networks, Inc. from October 2001 until August 2002, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tachion Networks, Inc., from January 2000 to September 2001, both of which are privately held telecommunications equipment companies. Thomas L. Kempner
Thomas L. Kempner has served on our Board of Directors since the inception of CreditComm, the predecessor to Intersections Inc. Mr. Kempner has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loeb Partners Corporation and its predecessors since 1979. Mr. Kempner is currently a director of Dyax Corporation, FuelCell Energy, Inc., and IGENE Biotechnology, Inc., and is currently a director emeritus at Northwest Airlines, Inc.

Bruce  L. Lev
Bruce Lev joined our Board of Directors in November 2014. Mr. Lev is a Managing Director of Loeb Holding Corporation, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman and Director of USCO Logistics, a service provider of supply chain management which was sold to Kuhne & Nagel in 2001. Mr. Lev currently sits on the board of directors of VirtualScopics, Inc. and also serves as Non-Executive Co-Chairman of Albertine Enterprises, a Washington DC based consulting firm. From 1995 through 2000, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Micro Warehouse Inc., a $2.5 billion direct marketer of brand name personal computers and accessories to commercial and consumer markets, where he served on Micro Warehouse’s four-person Executive Committee with global responsibility for legal and regulatory affairs, human resources, corporate communications, risk management and facilities. Prior to 1995, Mr. Lev engaged in the private practice of law. Mr. Lev was Vice Chairman of AirDat, LLC, a privately held company sold to Panasonic Avionics Corporation which provides weather forecasting and business risk solutions for commercial and military users. Mr. Lev is a 1965 graduate of Wesleyan University and a 1968 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.

David A. McGough
David A. McGough has served on our Board of Directors since August 1999. For more than 20 years, Mr. McGough has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. and DMS Services, Inc., companies that specialize in credit data and risk analysis. Mr. McGough has extensive experience in the credit data and information technology industries, and operational experience gained as the chief executive officer of a technology company. He also serves on the Board of Drivers History and has experience as a private investor in technology companies.

Johan J. Roets
Johan Roets has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2017, after previously serving as our Chief Operating Officer, Intersections Inc. and President, Identity Guard since September 2014. Prior to joining Intersections, Mr. Roets served from June 2009 to March 2014 as Head of Personal and Business Banking with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) (formerly known as Standard Bank Argentina), after previously serving at the Director level within the Standard Bank Group’s retail banking division in a number of roles. Prior to joining Standard Bank, Africa’s largest banking group, Mr. Roets founded the IQ Business Group, a business process outsourcing company in South Africa. Mr. Roets began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company and moved through the ranks to later make National Partner in the firm before his departure in 1998. Mr. Roets holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Cum Laude), Honors Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Honors Bachelor of Accounting Degrees from North-West University and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa).

Melvin R. Seiler
Melvin R. Seiler joined our Board of Directors in February of 2017. Mr. Seiler has been a Board member, senior executive and consultant to Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups and mid-size companies in the technology industry. For the past 20 years, Mr. Seiler has been the Founder and President of MarketQuest Inc., which provides sales, marketing and operational management services to the Boards and senior executives of companies executing growth strategies. From 1991 to 1997, he was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of MicroWarehouse Inc. During his tenure with MicroWarehouse the company became the largest direct reseller of computer products with revenue in excess of $2 billion dollars. Prior to MicroWarehouse, Mr. Seiler held various sales and marketing roles at Xerox Corporation.

Michael R. Stanfield
Chairman of the Board
Michael R. Stanfield co-founded CreditComm, the predecessor to Intersections, in May 1996 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since that time and also served as our Chief Executive Officer from inception until January 2017. Mr. Stanfield joined Loeb Partners Corporation, an affiliate of Loeb Holding Corporation, in November 1993 and served as a Managing Director at the time of his resignation in August 1999. Mr. Stanfield has been involved in management information services and direct marketing through investments and management since 1982, and has served as a director of CCC Information Services Inc. and BWIA West Indies Airways. Prior to beginning his operational career, Mr. Stanfield was an investment banker with Loeb, Rhoades & Co. and Wertheim & Co. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
